Back to School?
No... but it's Homework!
Exercises designed to get you thinking, exploring and
help you become more self aware!

Below is an example of some of the many exercises Carla uses during the therapy process.
They are designed to challenge your way of thinking and how you perceive yourself.
Remember to take your responses to your first appointment for further discussion.

Exploring Yourself
On an A4 sheet of paper draw a vertical line down the middle to create two columns.  On one column write the heading 'negative traits' and on the other 'positive qualities'.  Let the thoughts mull over your head and write down how you perceive yourself.

Your Wish List
What do you want from life - work, relationships, lifestyle?  On separate A4 pieces of paper (one for each), draw a vertical line down the middle to create two columns.  On one write the heading 'I want' and on the other 'I don't want'.  Let your thoughts mull over and write down what comes to you in the relevant columns.  When complete put it in list of priority - what is most important to you first.  Don't be alarmed if what you don't want is longer - it's normal!  Look at the list of what you want and tick the items you already have.  What do you need in order to achieve the rest?
