Carla will guide you through exercises that will challenge you and help you to reach your desired outcome. Telephone sessions are up to one hour at £55.00 each.

Hypnosis is at times very beneficial to the therapeutic process. Carla will advise you during your telephone session if this approach will be suitable for you and will record a personalised hypnosis session on CD or as an MP3 file and send it by post or electronically.
