Therapy consultations from anywhere in the world. Book a time and date for a telephone session with Carla Alves da Silva and you will be able to discuss your issues in strict confidence. Carla will guide you through exercises that will challenge you and help you to reach your desired outcome. Telephone sessions are one hour at £60.00 or 90 minutes at £85.00.

Personalised Hypnosis CD
Hypnosis is at times very beneficial to the therapeutic process. Carla will advise you during your telephone session if this approach will be suitable for you and will record a personalised hypnosis session on CD or as an MP3 file and send it by post or electronically.
