Weight Management Programme
A comprehensive weight management programme designed to help you identify your current eating patterns, understand your triggers and underlying causes, and develop an understanding of how food and mental attitude affects your mind and body.  Change your relationship with food easily and develop a natural balanced healthy weight, helping you feel more energised, fitter and healthier.  First appointment is 90 minutes with 1 hour follow-up sessions thereafter - number of sessions needed will depend on each individual.   

The programme includes:

  • Develop an understanding of body, mind and food facts
  • Hypnosis to help with the changes you want to make

Overweight does not happen overnight!
The battle of the bulge has trebled in the last 20 years with over 60% of people in the UK considered overweight and one in five classified obese!  For every 500g/1lb gained you need to consume an extra 3,500 calories.  If you are 7kg/1 stone overweight it means you have managed to eat 49,000 extra calories!    

The stress of constantly juggling work, relationships, family and financial commitments leads to eating on the run, skipping meals or using food and drink to compensate or escape, eg. snacking or alcohol.  This can lead to loss of energy, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, irritability and other related symptoms. 

Loosing weight is not about counting calories, weighing food, watching everything you eat, enduring deprivation and obsessive exercising, leaving you feeling guilty each time you ‘slip-up’ and get tempted by the mouth-watering treats and naughty bits!  It's about changing your attitude of mind towards yourself and food!
   


Carla developed a comprehensive weight management programme using a combined therapeutic approach with her passion for healthy food and personal experience as she was once caught up in the cycle of comfort eating.
